Yoram Siame is a Public Health and Development Practitioner with over 18 years’ experience in Health Promotion, Advocacy and Institutional Development. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Health and Health Promotion from Leeds Metropolitan University, A Masters in Development management from The Open University and a Ba. Hons. Degree in Community Education from Huddersfield University. Mr. Siame is a forerunner of the Rights Based Approach in CHAZ’s programming. This pioneering work culminated in all CHAZ facilities adoption of the Patient’s Rights Charter. The Patient’s Rights Charter has since become a requirement for Health Facilities in the country. Mr. Siame is the Civil Society focal Point for the FP2020. He also leads the Advocacy Subcommittee of the Family Planning Technical Working Group. Mr. Siame is the Chairperson of the Advocacy Technical working group of the Africa Christian Health Associations Platform (ACHAP), a portfolio that has enabled CHAZ to extend Advocacy technical and Material support to five Cristian Health Associations.
