Is a highly accomplished Healthcare Executive with 20+ years of global experience that reflects achievements across healthcare sector (Public and Private) with National and International healthcare organizations.
As an experienced Hospital CEO, he has spent more than 20 years in hospital operations, hospital & health care business feasibility studies, commissioning of green field projects, strategic restructuring and turnaround hospital projects and academic work spread across several countries.
Dr. Arora played a pivotal part as CEO, Executive Consultant in leading the design, startup/operation of hospitals across Russia, CIS and Africa, directed teams to attain accreditation and drove businesses throughout different transitions such as startups, turnarounds, realignments and sustaining success.
While playing a role as an external consultant for The Boston Consultancy Group, McKenzie and GLG, he has provided insight on the Private Healthcare Market in Russia and CIS countries.
Currently, he works with an International Organization specializing in providing access to high quality international care for the underserved. His ongoing projects aims at developing a unified telemedicine and mobile healthcare delivery model to enable access to best of health care irrespective of geographical limitations. (In Africa, the project is integrating public and private healthcare stakeholders to provide deliver care to the poorest.)
